Anyone else having trouble downloading Witcher? I've tried couple of times with gog downloader but it just cuts off when it's downloaded around 500MB. I've tried to reinstall the downloader and already contacted gog but what they told me to do didn't help. I've also tried downloading the parts separately, without the downloader, and integrity check says the second of 7 parts is corrupted, I've tried downloading it again but still the same thing, and if it's in both at the beginning of the download I really doubt the problem is in my computer. Is anyone else having same problem and is there a fix to this?

And also I've tried the downloader with couple of other games, inluding Witcher 2, and it downloaded and installed them without a problem.

Yeah I am having the same problem. Still no response from GoG support with the issue. I have tried everything they suggest on the support page and it still gives me the checksum error message. Kinda frustrating, I wanna get to some Witchin at some point.

Same here. I got a big and stable connection (11MB/s) and after 3 attemps (manual) I always got 3 corrupted files.

The downloader stop after 10 mo..

I still have not received a response from the GoG support. I wonder how long the average wait is to get a problem like this solved/addressed by the site administrators.

Im having the same problem it must be GOGs fault not our computers

I have the same problem, the DL stops with gog downloader. I downloaded the parts normally and manage to get it, and installed the game WITHOUT the file integrity checked in the installer : the game was installed more or less properly, i had an error with voice files (12, 13, 14, 15 if i remember correctly) but i skip them during the installation.
I began to play the game and finished the first part ... and the game froze when arriving at Vizima.

Hope the support will make his job soon...

Me to, GOG downloader stops at 1,5 GB (Polish installator): checksum 0 or 1
When i download the parts one by one, integrity checker tells me there's problem with parts 2,3 and 5, when try to install without test, it tells me there's problem with "textures00.bif"
Re-download in each way doesn't not help

I contacted gog and they said
"There are two possible reasons known to us:
1) The user's Internet connection is under stress and the Downloader is unable to request further file "chunks", after multiple attempts,
2) A part of a game's files is damaged on one of our mirrors. This is extremely rare, but we will refresh the suspected games across our CDN within a few hours after processing this support ticket.

We are still working on further safeguards against this type of issue, and introducing more precise error messages to make it easier to investigate this issue. An update to the Downloader is currently in the final stages of development and should be deployed soon. We apologize for the inconvenience."

And this is 2 days ago. At least the update to the downloader hasn't been deployed and neither seems that they've refreshed the suspected games yet

I also downloaded the files manually, which gave me a "The source file is corrupted..." error, without me being able to run the integrity check.
