I keep getting this error, seems like it happens at the end of scenes.
For example, after the intro when you walk through the archway.
Or I just beat the boss at the titus twister and got it again.

No information I can find on what might be causing it.

Keep having to restart the game though and it's super annoying.

Any ideas?
