Paradoks: Have you tried setting the affinity to one core? That helped some people.

Polaris.849: Hi, it seems that this fixed the issue :) So far OK and with no issues. Any way however how to fix lost textures?
I'm happy it helped. As for missing textures, I haven't experienced the problem on my boxed copy. I am doing some experiments though and I have some theories. Requires more testing though.
