No matter how many times i restart my game or anything i have sound on the main menu and nothing during the game. Does anyone have a fix?

Do you use the unofficial patch? If not, grab it.

Also delete the dsound files in the game exe directory and try to re-run the game setup after all this.
You can do this with making a shortcut of the game exe and add -setup as commandline option.
