I got the good ending in Ties that bind but the cinematic ends before Carmen appears.
Torque toches Blackmore and Blackmore gives up. But after that the credits roll.
I've checked. It's the beginning of the good ending but Carmen just never appears.
It's definitely neither the neutral nor the evil ending, these start different.
Does somebody else have that problem?
