I cant move my camera , the only way to move camera is from mini map , do i need to use numpad ? because my arrow keys dosent response.

If you change from hardwareCursor = 1 to hardwareCursor = 0
this should fix your problem.
The game will use the Windows mouse instead of that buggy from the game.
