Crashing in general
Game does not launch - Intel 10th gen CPU or newer
Screen freezes after launch (Intel HD graphics issue)
Disabling Windows 10 Game DVR
Deactivating Game Mode on Windows 10 with Creators update
DirectX file not found (d3dx9_43.dll etc.)
Laptops equipped with two graphics devices

Also set exes to compatibility: windows XP SP3 and let this app run as admin

to BOTH two exes S4.exe and S4_main.exe
