when i try to play the game i receive this message...

asside that , in which directory did you installed the game ?

if it's in a system directory , my advice => uninstall the game , and intall in a specific directory ie c;\games\settlers 3

if this doesn't work contact the support.

its installed in disk c, and i tried the gog website no solution :'(

Have you contacted support? This time of year it make take a day or two to get a reply but they are REALLY good about fixing things here and if they can't do it, it usually can't be done.

It obviously can't find S3.exe. Check if it's in your Settlers 3 directory. If not, reinstall the game.
