I am running Settlers 2 (10th Anniversary) on a mac using vmware running windows 7. Works fine. Tried to copy the manual to the mac so I could read it. The first two pages are ok but all the reset are just black not blank but black.

So I tried reading it on the windows 7 vm using foxit reader and that works...

Any ideas why a pdf that is readable under windows is not on a mac?

update I can read it on the mac with Adobe Reader, just not with PdfPenPro or Preview...

Did you try downloading it again? It may be partially corrupt and Preview isn't handling it very well.

yes downloaded it a number of times, it just appears that this pdf is not supported on the mac, unless you use the real adobe reader.
