Hello, I have just purchased the Settlers 3 via GOG Galaxy, and installed it, when trying to play getting this error. Can anyone guide me how to fix this issue

Where did you install the game? If it is installed to program files with UAC you can see it issue.

also, have you tried the offline installers? That is what I'm using and I have no issues.

Please note that this is a very old game and there are a few setups that won't work with this game.
