As title. Anyone know?

Altering the config file has no effect. Neither does adding fullscreen = 0 to a video config file (although making that file does allow you to skip the start up movies).

Really need a way to run this in a window or at least to set screen resolution (all options for which a greyed out in game) so that any other open windows don't get resized/moved.

i dont think that there's a way to play in window mode, but you can change the ingame resolution (not the menu one, it will resize your windows no matter what):

You could always try running it in a Virtual Machine.

I use VMware with the 3D pack to run some programs this way, you can set the VM window to be whatever size you want and have it running while you do other things in you main Window.

i have tried running a Retail copy of S4 in window for ages, never managed to pull it off
