Hello!
I landed in the Monarch Wilderness. These beasts put up one hell of a fight. I thought I might have been under leveled/under geared, and this would be impossible until I come back later (I'm level 12 at the moment). The mantisaurs have two attacks: a melee swipe, and a ranged acid spit. Use your jump/dash to dodge both. Keep moving back and use TTD when you can. When I got around to the queen, I was at the ramp that goes up to the landing platform. I was surprised to see that she stopped chasing me, even when I shot her. Maybe she's too big for the ramp? Carpe diem, I guess...
On a side, note, this place is a massive pool of XP. One of the raptor kills got me 5k.
