Yes there are, even a cute girl crush storyline. But this shouldn't be the reason between buying a game and not buying it, you'll limit yourself...

Thank you. And i buy games that make me feel good, why else would i buy them? And the world isnt cis hetero white male focused, so why should games i play be that way?

More power to you, but as fsmcas said you are going to limit your self. Games are made towards the audiance they target. What is going to make the most money in North America/Europe? Hetro White males.

If you spend some time you could always learn to reskin characters in the game and put it up on https://www.nexusmods.com/theouterworlds/mods for others to enjoy.
