The game is on sale on Steam right now, but I'm not in a rush to get it. Is there any reason I should not wait for the GOG version (support, updates, etc.)?
I'd say you should get any games you desire on Steam if they are on it do to the DRM free Nature of the G.O.G releases the only downside is updates and dlc can be slower on G.O.G though the reason varies from the devs/studio's waiting to release a version of updates and dlc on here or because of G.O.G the reasons for the slower pace here varies and is a case by case basis on which side is at fault.. But Yeah there is more pro's then cons in getting games on G.O,G
Thanks, but I'm not asking about differences between GOG and Steam in general, but rather if there is anything I should consider about this game in particular, like any missing features or delayed updates, etc.
Sometimes games on GOG can lack some features that matter to some (e.g. Steam workshop integration for A Hat in Time), or developers are slow releasing updates on GOG.
