I decided to play The Longest Journey for the second time.

And I discovered that I can leave Guybrush monkey in the alley behind cinema without taking it's eye. And this eye is needed later at the police station. Will I be able to collect it somehow or will I be stuck?

As far as I know, you won't be stuck.

As soon as you get the doors in the police station fixed, you can leave at will, go back to the theatre and collect the eye.
