My character is stuck after I leave the office of the doctor. And my character is stuck there cannot move at all an not in a wall or anything just stuck after I leave the office I press Exit at the door and the next door I see I cannot move my character cannot turn the camera sideways so I really don't know where I am actually just know its outside the office , I haven't had a problem like this before , searched the Net for answers nobody really seemed to have this problem.
I have Intel i3 3.06GHz
4GB Ram
GeForce GT220 1GB

I have the same problem. Win8 64bit, 4 GB RAM, ATI 5700 with 2GB RAM. I'm suspecting poor optimization for "low memory" machines.
