Not exactly true. There are German subtitles but no entrys in the diary if you are playing in German and no dub yet. The french subtitles however also aren't there yet. Both should arrive next week. But yes, I too think it was a bad decision to release the game at all this way. German fans probably will hate RTG for this.

This is extremely disappointing and even downright annoying for a number of reasons.....

Well, not much point in criticizing. They'll release what they have when they're good and ready. But still, considering the prolonged wait between episodes and the last-minute 48hrs delay, having to wait yet another week or so for the preferred audio language just leaves a very bitter taste.

That is because they speak "alltongue", not German in Arcadia, and English is spoken everywhere in Stark!
