I've had the bird target everything in the area, yet nothing chagnes.
Not even any people coming to complain about their windows being busted! :-(

What gives?
How do I get this part to advances?

How do I get this part to advances?
You have to tell Onor Hileriss that Crow is near the wagon. He will send his goon standing next to it. Then you must send Crow to the wagon. Once you have done that you are free to open the door to Abnaxus' Abode.
