Is there a way to manually adjust the window size in the game? In the video options, there was only an option for full screen or a full screen window. But I want to set the window size to be smaller than the desktop resolution.

I went to this path ...AppData\Local\tljh\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\
And edited this file: GameUserSettings.ini
I changed all the resolution settings to something smaller than the desktop resolution, but for some reason the game still only runs full screen.

Is there any other way to manually set a window resolution?
