Specifically, during the cutscene where Scherazard puts away her phone.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I just got a response from GOG-support, and it works now:

1) Please open the GOG GALAXY App, select the game and use the repair button which will be located next to the PLAY button (on the right) > Manage installation > Repair

2) Please download and install DirectX Web Installer:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=35

3) Please go to the game installation folder:
- If the game was installed via GALAXY, please select the game in GALAXY, click on the icon on the right side of the PLAY button -> Manage Installation -> Show Folder
- If the game was installed via offline installer, then you will have to manually navigate to the game installation folder, by default it's: C:\GOG Games\game-title\

Once in there find game's executable file, right-click on it,and select Run as administrator (You might want to close GALAXY before performing this step by clicking on the cogwheel in the left top corner of the app just to see whether it is indeed GOG GALAXY affecting the launch).

4) Please use the combination of WIN key+R and type:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\TrailsOfColdSteel4

Once here please delet the settings.xml file and restart your game.
