When will it be released on GOG?

Edit: Just overlooked it:

"The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC will launch for PSP via the PlayStation Store in North America and PC worldwide via Steam and GOG.com on October 29 for $29.99, XSEED Games announced."

And that is the single best news I have had all week at least, if not all month!

Literally was just looking for a not completely depressing game to play through that was good, and now I have this finally. There goes my month of November probably:)

I'm pretty pumped about this release date. I seriously cannot wait to play SC.

In fact I've already started another playthrough of FC just to have the story as fresh in my mind as possible when it comes out. I'm currently at Bose. To tell you the truth, every other time I played it has been on my laptop, and playing it on my larger monitor for my desktop has almost been like enjoying a completely different experience. It was like going from my PSP to my laptop. I'm lovin' it for sure.

Looking forward to SC. I will buy it the exact minute it becomes available. Does anyone know if it will release on GOG the same exact moment as it releases on Steam?

"The same exact moment" is difficult to say, but definitely the same day.

I wonder if GOG is holding onto the FC patch so they can 'release it' at the same time as SC. Would be weird, but I wouldn't put it past them.

It is certainly possibly. According to Steam the game will be unlocked in approximately 10 hours. Assuming it is being released everywhere at the same time. That is when the game will appear on GOG.

I'm not so sure that it is. I've asked on the xseed forums and they haven't even given an answer. They said they can't speak for gog or psn, but that it releases on steam around the time their countdown ends. I haven't heard anything about when we will actually be able to buy the game here except that it's today.

Game was great but it couldn't keep my interesting until the end so I'll probably not get the second chapter.

I don't understand how your post is relevant to what I was saying about the FC patch, which has gone up on the day SC is due to release. Called it.

Day one purchase for SC... my poor wallet. =(
