No matter if the motion blur option is on or off, the ground and background still look blurry when I'm running. I'm using nVidia, and I made sure DSR was off (it already was off), as suggested for blurriness with this game.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Disregard.

It seems that my TV options for deblur and dejudder had somehow turned themselves off, to the point where the options themselves were no longer appearing. I had to fight my TV to give me those options again, so I could turn them back on.
