I've tried the direct game exes and the launchers for the DX9 and DX8, no matter what I launch, the game doesn't start up at all. Running Windows 11.

You can try this:

On your GOG galaxy go to settings, then game features, and uncheck the Game time tracking and the Overlay boxes. I did this and it worked for me.

Also make sure you have the updated version. Some fixes for graphics card detection occurred in Dec 2022.

I just went to the config3_dx9.exe in the install directory and used it first. When I saved the config, the game lunches no problem even with gog launcher.
