Hi all,

We have uploaded the latest patch for The Legend of Heroes. Please download the file called "Latest patch" from your game shelf.

We apologize for the lack of a changelog but we did not receive one.

Thanks and have a nice day :)
Hmmm, didn't get an update flag for this update. Thanks for post!
Did not get a flag for this update either, but I appreciate the update!
Ditto; my only flag is for (of course) The Witcher.

Now to see whether the bestiary is in yet... Edit: no, it isn't. I haven't seen the cute loading screens on startup before, though.

I have both, first got The Witcher, now The Legend of Heroes.
Yes, the notification turned up in the end, as did UnEpic's.
So, whats' changed?

I don't think the developer has ever included a changelog. But the bestiary has not been added, though there are some minor things like a loading screen and for me I get high resolution assets (that some claimed were supposed to already be there, but only appeared for me now) ... the game still crashes predictably when I press the "camp" button and then press the button that replaces it on the camp screen.

Sigh.

No bestiary yet? Damn. :\

As for the assets, they already were in the game, but marked as beta (whatever this means).

Yeah, I was under the impression that they were already there, but they never showed up for me until now. For whatever reasons.
Thanks for the update!
This one definitely improved the resolution of some of the art assets.

While the original version and patches had high resolution portraits during conversation, the inventory screen had pixelated versions, which are now replaced in this version (very nice by the way!).

What type of information does this Monster book have within it that everyone mentions it?

I do like to play RPG's fully informed of the rules (stats and all), but does not having the guide put you at a tactical disadvantage?

Is the GOG user "KawaiiSara" the actual programmer behind the conversion of this game? perhaps if it would not be too much trouble you could list some of the major changes that have been made since the last patch update?
Looks like some controller functionality was added. The right stick on my 360 controller can now control the camera, new key bindings were added, and I can finally activate the s-breaks, but I'm still unsure which button it's mapped to.
I really wish Xseed would provide some kind of at least basic changelog.
