I'm not getting any sound during cutscenes, music plays in the menu and in game and sound effects work but the Falcom intro and the first cutscene are completely silent, not sure if this is a game problem or a my computer problem but I've been tweaking my sound settings and nothing seems to be working.

I believe that's some problem with your video/audio codecs.

Here they are working perfectly.

In the case you won't be able to manage the codecs, try running the videos from the installation folder with a player. Then just disable the logo and opening videos from the Config.exe(found inside the game folder).

Thanks, updating the codecs worked and now sound plays in both the logo and opening
