GOG's actual ToCS patch is 1.2., but Steam version patch is about 1.3 and 1.3.5 is near release.
I heard that Steam version is DRM free too. Why patch is retarded for 2 weeks?
Answer from XSeed stuff would be nice!

Write to the XSeed support email directly ( support@xseedgames.com ) because GOG is abandoned, a second class citizen and no one will look at this forum. Missing updates, missing changelogs, etc.
