Hi,

Lately I experienced a problem with running The Legacy and I'd like to share my findings.

Clean installation, first run, choose language -> dosbox window closes with no message.
I've adjusted dosbox_legacy_rot_single.conf to wait just before exit and as a result I was able to read an error message:

"unable to change to: legacy"
// and some other errors resulting from the first one

I've changed the line "cd legacy" to "cd resour~1\game" and The Legacy runs smooth now.


I don't know why the path is different (missing symlink?). Is it only me?

I have the same problem. The game just crashes after I select a language. I don't know what to do, I am not a programmer and have no idea how to implement the given wordaround.
