I need some help, please! I just got my copy of the fantastic The Incredible Machine Mega Pack and tried to install and run TIM 3 on my computer. No success. :/

I've tried - almost - everything:

- Changed compatibility modes with every other OS available on the compatibility list;
- Checked and changed other settings regarding compatibility issues (like resolution, administrator privileges, etc);
- Checked any possible issues with Windows Defender (I do not use any other antivirus software);
- Checked and tried lots of suggestions found in other topics;
- Checked and tried alternatives listed on GOG's support page.

When I change compatibility modes with other OSs, two different things happen:

1 - The game launches and instantly closes (I only get to see a game window opening and closing). This is weird, because it happens when I try to run the game on Win 95 compatibility mode (the "highly recommended" OS for compatibility issues);
2 - The game launches, I get to see a full window of the game in a low resolution, showing the opening clip with Sierra's mascot (but without any sound), and then the game crashes on the following screen. "TIMWIN.EXE has stopped working".

My basic PC specs:

- Windows 10 Pro
- Intel Core i5-2500
- 8 GB RAM
- GeForce GTX 950

Any hints, guys?

Xubiruba, I'm also from Brazil and I'm having the EXACT same problem. The only difference is that I'm trying to run TIM 3 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I've also tried everything you did. Nothing worked.

I really hope someone finds a solution.

i don't know if it helps, but try win 95 compatibity and 8 bit color scheme, it worked for me a while ago
Same problem here, and resolved by running the program "as administrator".
