Playing Nurhemberg map.

I got the problem that whenever I reach 1447 and 12:09, the game crashes to desktop. I think it might have something to do with a misfired event.

Does anybody else have the same problem?

Unfortunately Nuremberg map seems to come with an expiration date. In my experience after some random time something breaks horribly and the game will crash at the same point no matter how many times you reload. I think the only solution is to choose other map or make peace with the fact that the biggest map is not usable for long games.

I have this same problem with London (edit: after looking at something else, I think it was actually Paris). The date that it crashes seems to vary though. Some games I only learn two or three trades before I get to a crash, others I can learn like eight before I get to that point. It doesn't matter how far back in time I go with multiple saves, once it picks a day to crash, it will always crash on that day. 'Tis quite frustrating. I have only once gotten to the point of being able to buy one of those large buildings and hiring a... wizard? (It's been a while since I've played, because of this bug, so I don't remember exactly.)
