I've been trying to search the net but the blood sequel comes up instead. Just curious if anyone knew one just like that from a subscriber or something.

Just to clarify what I'm after, I'm after something that will explain the basic mechanics of the game in a methodical presentation that either covers what the in-game does and more or just the missing parts that the game itself doesn't.

From your emphasis, one gathers that one was not entirely satisfied with the manual that came with the game? ;)

There was once a relatively decent site, which covered the basics better than the manual IMO, but it no longer exists (at least I can't find it).

I think there are a number of threads/posts in this forum where people are basically wondering WTF is going on, so searching them is a good a place as any to start.

Apart from that, if you get to anything specific that makes you go "WTF?" then just post back here and I (or someone who beats me to it) will answer.

This is one helluva in depth game. With so many options, I think that is why it is hard to find info. for this game, regardless of how great it is.

I learned by putting it on very easy, at London, the easiest town, and then trial and error, along with trying everything at least once. Pressing "Q" will quick save, so if your worried about the reaction, then use this, and give that button a press!

Also, if your playing a business, and it feel boring, scrap it. There are so many to choose from, and almost all of them play differently.
