Hi everyone

I think I've encountered a serious quest bug. I went with Caramon to the harbour tavern and asked Helga about the smugglers. She told me to look for Finbar. I went back to Caramon but there is no dialogue option now to talk about Finbar or what Helga said qith him. I looked around the harbour but there seems to be nothing there to advance the quest. I think I'm stuck and can't progress in this quest which is vital to the whole storyline. Has anyone else had this problem too and was able to solve it?
