Version 4.34, r1482, Win / GOG.

I have a dwarf monk with 18 Con. It is consistently gaining 4 HP on level up. My understanding is that this should actually be 1d8 HP (monk level) + 4 (Con bonus over 14).

Other characters seem to be gaining sensible HP.

Is this a bug, and where is the best place to report it?
