So I have Banner Saga 1 on steam and prefer GOG can I use my save game information from Banner Saga 1 on steam
to continue my play in Banner Saga 2 on GOG and if I can where would I need to place the save files.


Just as a note to GOG that this is one reason I might buy a game on steam. I much prefer GOG but I would rather not buy again games I have on steam and I like to try to keep my series on a single service. I think you should consider working out arrangements to bundle some of these type games on humble bundle where I would at those deals be willing to buy something I already have and the benefit to you there I think is that it makes buying the newer releases in the series more interesting when you have the rest of the series on GOG already. Or maybe even better you could make your own monthly bundles that are more comparable to humble bundle. I have seen the recent bundles you offered but because I already own all of the games and because the prices are not in the range i am willing to pay for something I have on CD or on steam already I will wait for a better deal.
