Is the Legacy edition included in this Anniv. Ed. the same as the non-Anniv. edition previously available or are there changes?

Aw! Was just about to add this to my collection when I realised it won't run on Mac OSX. I do have Windows, but spend more time on the Mac. Please say this will be updated for the Mac, please please please please.
