I went to start playing 11th Hour. It launched and a message pop up ERROR XIDIMI FAILED. Has anyone else had this problem. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Recently downloaded The 11th Hour for old time's sake -- was running along just fine when it froze up the first time. Just returned to it and again, it was moving okay -- made it through a few puzzles and explorations and the same thing happened -- no error message -- just frozen screen. As long as I can get back into it, I'll play regardless but am wondering what's causing it. I have Windows 10 on a new Lenovo computer . Any comments welcome!

Question on 11th Hour --- I did not do the "read through" at the beginning and am unable to do so now -- I've forgotten what the blue blinking circle around the skeleton hand indicates ---- also, anyone know where I might find a walkthrough? Gameboomers no longer has one . THANKS!
