I'm at the "match the tune" piano puzzle and the sliding bar keeps moving to the right.
I don't mean normally, but rather it is sliding further and further to the right each time I play the "player's tune" and sliding off screen.
When it resets, the bar is in the middle of the puzzle and only plays the notes directly under it.

This means that it has become unsolvable-as I can no longer hear (or play) the notes that occur before the misplaced bar...

Edit: Reloading from an earlier save does not correct the puzzle.
Restarting the game fixed the misaligned bar.

Is this an issue that you are experiencing with the current patch version 1.0.6 ?

I've updated to the latest patch version 1.0.6, and the issue that I'm getting is that my game just freezes after completing the puzzle in the Crypts.
I'm magically transported back to the main interior entrance of the Mansion facing the long staircase that leads to the upper floor, and I'm instantly stuck in place. I can't move around, and my cursor is gone.
I have to press ALT + F4 to unlock the frozen state to bring me back to Windows Desktop.

I'm also running on Windows 7 as my OS, and these issues with all these bugs should have been addressed and fixed in Patch 1.0.2, but they are still apparent in 1.0.6 too.

I believe it was between those those patches when the bug occurred. I'm on Win 8.1 (and have the launcher set to auto-update games in GoG.)
