I'm wondering about Terraria's 1.3 release this June or July. What's got me wondering is one of the new versions features (spoilers?) SteamWorks multiplayer.

Will GoG not get the 1.3 update because of SteamWorks?
Will GoG get the 1.3 update with LAN multiplayer only?
Or will GoG get the 1.3 update with multiplayer removed?

I imagine we will get the update but minus the Steam stuff. Terraria could get Galaxy integration though on GOG in place of the Steam integration.

But then, the Galaxy will be compatible with steamworks so who knows :)

They also said that they took special care while implementing the Steam integration to allow for future services such as GOG's Galaxy.
