Anyone know?

I think that the CD version had a planet or two more...

Based on Wikipedia:

Terminal Velocity was released as both a floppy disk and a CD-ROM version. The CD-ROM version improved upon the floppy version with 70 MB of extended pre-rendered 3D cut scenes, higher image resolution (including more detailed textures) and support for 8-player network multiplay.

The one on GOG is 78 megs....78? That's it? Don't give me that time context

I can't say for certain which version GOG has, but the copy I purchased from the 3Drealms website has the CD-ROM enhancements and is only 64.8 MB.

I'm guessing GOG has the complete version.
Also, 78 mb is not a size any floppy game would have been. That's 54 floppies of 1.44mb.
It's de CD version. It includes all of the CG scenes and what-not
I saw the cut scenes so it must be the CD version :)

GOG is using the CD-Rom Version, because Movies are only avalible for the CD-Rom version.
Also the S-VGA Option was only for the CD-Version.
The Basegame is / was the same. I have both versions, thats why I know this.
