I'm at a few dozen tries in the past 6 days, and it always sends that "no mirror, try later or register" message.
Perhaps it's a country problem? I see that Mimo and Negatus are from the States, while people with that download problem are in other countries (I'm in France). I learned the hard way that national borders DO exist on the net.

I just (14:30 local time) tried the link and the download started in about 10 seconds.
Didn't wait for it to finish though, as I don't need the file at work.
Finland, so there's no strict geographical restrictions or stuff. Might be more difficult in evening when americans are getting up and europeans are off work.

I can't download it too, tried desura but when i launch the game it's not updated, i'm still playing 7.5.0 vrsion. i really love this game and hope someone can give me directions to get the last version of co8 mod.

7.5 to 7.7 will be virtually no differences. After you follow the directions given at the Co8 site to install their mod pack, you still need to activate it. After that, you're golden.

One month later it's downloading fine for me. Getting it to run may be another question. :P

Can someone explain what the 'NC' version is vs non 'NC' ? It is twice as large and I tried to find a description but didn't find one I understood :(

I played a disk version of TOEE once a long long time ago but it always had real issues so i picked up a new version on gog not so long ago and want to patch all the old bugs before playing again hence this post.

NC is NEW CONTENT so one is for bugfix only and one adds new content with the bug fix.

Ok thanks. I found a full(er) description after my post but i felt to embarrassed to comment further. Didn't they (circle of 8) also do another complete campaign for the TOEE engine that was suppose to be of very high quality ?

Also what is the hash (md5sum) of TOEE from gog. I just downloaded it from gog but the md5 doesn't show up in google.

COE has a new update for those of you that use it

Go figure, EVERY freaking time I install MODS of any kind they freaking DO NOT work and freeze as soon as game loads. WTF!!

Load this freaking Mod and.......................Freezes 2 seconds after game loads and I'm stuck with CTRL+ALT+DELETE

Just in case someone is having issues with this Mod and you are running Win 7,
go to where your Exe is and right click choose properties and:

1. Run in Exe in compatible Xp Service Pack 3 Mode
2. Disable:
a. Visual Themes
b. Desktop Composition
c. Display Scaling on high DPI

This will fix your crash at load screen and crash after you start the game and go through portal.

It is a Mod so I am sure there are a ton of other CTD's in it but after 2.000003 seconds of playing this one I found those 2 CTD's and thought I would help anyone else having the same issue.

Maybe another post about this but I am not wasting my time searching through a ton of posts to find out.
