It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Teamfight Manager: From the main "house" screen, I can go System -> "To title" and get the "Are you sure?" popup, but clicking "OK"... does nothing. (?!?)

Arrow keys, Enter, Space Bar similarly does nothing.

Thus I cannot get to the main title screen to quit,
I have to do Alt-F4 or use the Task Manager to kill the game if I want it to go away. At least I can save...

Patch Notes for the game (managed via GOG Galaxy) say v1.4, update 2021.05.20.

GOG Galaxy Overlay is enabled. (Maybe I'll try disabling that...)

I am a little late, but I am having the exact same problem since some time. It also occurs when I want to edit the team info in the multiplayer section; I cannot press the "Modify" button.

Were you able to resolve the issue?
