Uncheck syncing with the cloud (found under Game Galaxy Tab > More > Settings > Sync local saves with GOG Galaxy Cloud). You can check it later and GOG Galaxy update everything with newer saves.

THIS GUY IS RIGHT! Do what he said above and delete old saves (see below if you still have a problem)

Here's what he also told me to do:

Go to C:\Users\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\Applications
and delete folder 53101793000746560 (Tainted grail number)
*This should delete your broken saves


Doing BOTH of those above and now I have menus AND CAN PLAY!!!!!
