I have an issue when I want to continue a run. Tainted Grail hangs in the screen with ' Scene Initialization 1' . I usually can continue a game after restarting my computer but this issue appears often for me. Does anyone else have this issue. I used the offline installers to play the game.

When I look into the created log file I see the following:

It looks like the game thinks I am signing in to Galaxy, but I have not installed Galaxy on my computer

In comparison a logfile from when I can continue a game looks as follows:

Here is an update on the above problem. Note Galaxy is not installed on my pc and I use the offline installers

If I restart my PC I can start Tainted Grail and click continue to resume my game

However if I save and quit back to the main menu from that points onward if I click continue the game hangs in a loading screen. This still happens after quitting and restarting Tainted Grail

But if I wait for a minute or so (I haven't checked the minimum time) in the main menu before clicking continue the game will load normally

Still not ideal but better than having to restart my pc to continue playing.

And thanks for the GOG service desk for helping me with this solution/workaround. Although I hope it will eventually be fixed properly

<edited> And per the latest patch (GOG 1.49) the issue is entirely solved for me. I no longer have to wait for some time in the main menu if I want to continue my game.
