Why? Any ideas?
EDIT: I skipped the intro, the game still crashes on the main screen.
Are there other people that have this happening on here?

Windows 7 x64
i5 4590 3,6 Gig
8gig RAM

no, still crash
Same here.

Tried the ini adjustment and skipping the intro.

Windows 10 x64
i7 3770
16GB RAM
r9 290

EDIT: tried tinkering with other ini settings, ran it directly (without galaxy), ran as administrator and ran with compatibility settings. Crashes after a few seconds every time.

Hi all,

Please send us Support tickets with your DxDiags attached and info about where you get the crashes :)

If you get any error messages, it will really help if you send us a screenshots of those messages as well :)

Sent. Thanks for the reply.
Thanks. I've send a ticket.
I'm very impatient considering that Sshock Classic Edition & SSP (yes I still have it) work flawlessly for me. Hope it gets fixed soon! Can't wait to play with the new possibilities the EE got!
Same here. Ticket with DxDiag is on the way.

I would like to do this, as I am also having the same problem. However, the last time I used support, i got someone who was only content to read trite solutions off cue cards.
Bumb.
The first time I launched the game, it worked fine. Second time - R.I.P
Only re-installing the game will work but only the one time.
please fix this somehow ;__;
Same situation here and : no sound

edit: removed and reinstalled it. Works fine. Now I need to find a way on changing controls

edit controls.cfg. also, for those who are crashing, try;

- run in winXP compatibility mode
- FullScreen=No (edit sshock.ini)
- SoftRenderer=On (edit sshock.ini)
- VideoMode=3 (edit sshock.ini)
- Joystick=Off (edit sshock.ini)

also, post the error message, if any.
