Crash out while loading in from main menu. Any idea how to fix on my end?

why does the error message say epicaccountid? This is GOG... (btw I removed the string of numbers assuming its private.)

I have the exact same crash error, everytime, just after the intro text.
I tried to download the demo on Epic too but it does the same. It's probably because it's an UE4 crash, and Unreal Engine is made by Epic.
