I saved my game and went and did other things, but when I returned and loaded it, my stock of 19 maintenance tools had become just a single 1.

I'm not using any mods or cheats or anything, just playing with the version I got from GoG. Is this a known bug?

I just arrived on the Recreation deck and went through the mall.

Wondering about this too, happened to me as well and not just with MTs but also with my precious AP ammo and other stuff. Strange nobody else mentioned it.

It might be a common issue but may not be easily noticeable unless it's happening to important items.

Might be a good idea to share your savegames.
