I'm on the reactor level and there's that room with radiation and a bunch of those annoying Sec-2 bots. Do I just use high energy Sparq Beam shots or something? I have no idea because they gun me down in seconds so I can't even get an EMP out. I don't even know if I did everything right on level 2 because I don't have the isotope thing and the robots and hoppers keep respawning and it's so annoying.

any anti armor ammo in guns work or sparq or grenades
best results are to pop out from cover for a shot (number of shots at users discetion) then head back to cover

about the respawning. did you hit the switch on the healing bay for the level?
it does slow down respawn rates (i have noticed that even with healing bay set to healing some bots may respawn but it takes longer)
