You control 4 cyborgs, and complete assorted missions to achieve world domination. Each area of the map has its own mission.

Your control unit is in a zeppelin near the combat area, so you can't see inside or the back side of buildings. You can control your cyborgs' adrenaline, perception, and intelligence levels. You can control their weapons, but if you set their other levels high enough, they will equip weapons on their own.

As you take over regions, you will get more cash per hour, which can be used to equip and upgrade your cyborgs, and research new equip and upgrades.

The game is fairly easy to learn and not very complex but yet very addictive. The controls are easy.

You control 4 agents which can be enhanced using various enhancements and different equipement. Then you have to complete a missions for your Syndiacte. There is a variety of missions. Sometimes you have to simply elimate agents, sometimes persuade other scientists etc.

The game is in a isometric view and is tile based. Graphics are nice and the sound is good. Although it is a bit laggy for me (win7?). Nevertheless the game works pretty good. Sometimes the game is a mess when a lot of stuff is happening but it is not to challenging. Watch some Lets plays on youtube!
