Is it possible? Or do I just have to play as EuroCorp and Church of The New Epoch? Please tell me if there is some possible way to play as punks, cause I would really love to.

Good point. Satelite Reign is from perspective of a smaller group of "Punks", more detail-oriented and specialized. If anyone non-brain washed Punks should be the ones with such agenda ;)

(But for real only running from command line/changing *.bay file)

This had so much expansion pack potential, too bad Bullfrog never expanded the game and grafted in a fully functioning Punk campaign.
