I replayed it, briefly, a couple of years ago and... let's say I didn't play for long.

But my tolerance and patience are non-existent these days.

So what did you guys think? As good as you remembered it was?
Yes, still great in my eyes. Surprisingly PC version is even better than amiga one. Hires + better animations of characters from what i remeber on my old Amiga 1200. Gameplay wise still fun as decade ago. Fun missions (maybe repeptive for someone, but not for me). Straight action fun with little strategy and tactic in living towns. For me still same good Syndycate. Not tried follow up Syndicate Wars yet. Will do soon.
Still awesome, although the controls are a bit wonky. But you can fix some of it by changing the config file. Made my mouse movement smoother and the framerate a bit higher.
Better than I remember actually. I have taken the time to understand it better.
I just wish that the game would be remade but with some stylish graphics, not really anything extreme. But just have a dark and gritty atmosphere to it.

Then maybe some more indepth options regarding the world domination map, maybe more options, maybe like X-Com. Choose freely where to operate and what to do. The interface needs a complete overhaul, making it easier to navigate all the agents.

Random generated maps would be insane to!
A re-make would be fantastic. I was crazy about this game in the 90's.
A remake? You're in luck! The demo is out now on 360 and PSN!

That's not a remake, that's an insult.
For me it still works. I have a lot of fun with it and still keep playing after like10 missions :)

Wouldn't call it a remake, more like a reimagination for today's standards. I did enjoy the demo actually.
