Hey guys this is my first time using GOG. Yesterday I got the free copy of Syberia and installed it. GOG also got installed. I installed Syberia 1 then and Windows asked me to install DirectPlay also. But now after playing for a while I am bored and I decided to uninstall the game and GOG both. Its my office laptop and I uninstalled GOG/Syberia from "Add or Remove Programs" of windows, yet my Local Disk C is consuming 4gb+ of extra space from yesterday(so its probably GOG,Syberia and DirectPlay consuming space somewhere).

Can anyone please guide me how to completely remove the game's trace along with GOG so that I can get my 4gb space back, it was my mistake installing a game on my office laptop. Help is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Are you using Windows 10 ?
You installed GOG Galaxy ....right ? It does not occupy 4 BG and Syberia should be 1.2 GB...

DirectPlay is at Legacy components folder in Windows Feature :)... if needed, activate it... no need for downloads.. windows 10 has this feature... but is turned off :) ... i dont know on other windows how it is... but u can check ... in Windows feature...
Check folders...
probably is the downloded directplay... but i/m not sure....check microsoft web for the directplay filesize ?
